A user reports that it would be nice to disable the "Redirect..." messages. Instead, the HTTP Location: header would be a better alternative that would cut down on bandwidth becuase the HTML would not have to be sent for those pages.

It should be a simple change to MessageReporter::redirect().

Implemented on both TRUNK and branch.
