The Admin should be able to delete attachments. Sometimes a reporter uploads an unnecessary file or may upload the wrong file. ATM the only way to delete attached files is using phpmyadmin or any other db admin tool. I think that including this option in the admin panel would be very useful.

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has been closed and fixed in Subversion. This change will be available in a future release, but you can download the change at any time from the Subversion server.
