On RTL language Permition
1) Yes / No isn't translatable
2) For this reason the order of label + radio box wrong: it's look like need 'No' radio box i see 'Yes' label.

This will be fixed when Bugdar switches to using the 2.1.x branch of ISSO instead of the 2.0.x one. I'm not quite sure at the moment how much work this would entail because the 2.1.x branch has many API-breaking changes. I'm tentatively targeting this for 1.1.5, which is the release in which the switch to ISSO 2.1.0 will happen (if not sooner).
