Check your server's error logs for any issues would be the first step.

I checked the error_log and this is what I found:

PHP Catchable fatal error: Object of class ISSO could not be converted to string in /httpdocs/traq/framework/kernel.php on line 683

I checked the file (kernel.php) however I'm a bit lost.
