When I click the "+" in the Breakpoints window, I'm prompted to load a file to set a breakpoint at a particular line. It would be handy if I could also enter a function name (or class name and method name) to set a breakpoint when that function is called. (And similarly be able to set hit count, break-on-expression, etc.)

Call breakpoints have been implemented for 2.0. In my testing, return breakpoints are not supported by PHP+XDebug. Closing this as fixed.
