I cannot confirm this. What browser are you using? And are you using a foreign language pack? If so, can you try changing to English and see if that works? Have you modified any templates?

Confirmed this and a similar bug related to login in IE6 only.

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has been closed and fixed in Subversion. This change will be available in a future release, but you can download the change at any time from the Subversion server.
